"Breton Music for the Highland Bagpipe"

A Master Class by Patrick Molard

All the features of Breton music; its history since the second world war; its peculiar aspects, modes and forms of performance; will be presented and demonstated by a leading native Breton exponent. Breton notation and its transposition will be explained and demonstrated and participants should be able play some Breton music on the bagpipe by the close of the session.
